If we had to choose one word to describe our experience with SecurCare Self Storage located at 2976 N Expressway Griffin, GA. It would be excellent. The manager Tammy with her asst. Kennetha are two phenomenal women. Very professional, and pleasant to work with, they were attentive to our every need. We were able to get what we were looking for, and needed in a storage. We look forward to doing continual business with them and SecureCare Storage. Thank you very much Ladies.

I am not usually a fan of any storage facility bc that intails moving usually but I'm very pleased with everything I have encountered so far from the time I get there until I leave I'm almost excited to be there...they are very clean,convenient and just overall outstanding pile as well as a business. Darlene the on-site manager is one of the best in her field and is the reason I look forward to coming to my storage ..she really is a1 in every aspect...yall go down and ask for Darlene and make ur storage experience a memorable one.

Today, I walk into SecurCare Self Storage and had a meltdown, but there was Tammy Hayes, Property Manager who didn't know what was going on; yet gave me some encouraging words. I am very thankful for her professionalism, helpfulness, and her discernment to get me the words I needed. I pray nothing but blessings to her and her family. AMAZING!! Stephanie at the North Expressway, Griffin location is a model for what Customer Care is! She is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy!!! She contacted me regarding My reservation and and when she needed to get an answer to my question regarding late gate access to your move in she actually did what she said she was going to do and called me back. Although she was unable to obtain authorization for like gay access she did secure a customer for a long time do being trustworthy independable doing what she said she was going to do! Kudos! We there was no unit available at the facility i was at, the young lady found me a unit at another location and help me reserve and pay for the unit before I even left the office. She even gave me a few options for my house hunting. Wonderful young lady I was very impressed. Will definitely be recommending you to anyone with storage needs.

It was a very pleasant professional place to store my furniture. The rates were very reasonable and Abby the store manager was awesome. She did courtesy phone calls to let you know that there would be a late fee inforced soon if you hadn’t paid the monthly bill. She was always so pleasant and helpful. If I had to again I’d definitely store there.
