Progress has been made and the place is much better. The beautiful lady that runs it is amazing!

No issues over the last few months. Highly recommend them. Clean, never seen a bug, kind and immediate responsive help. Very well priced and conveniently located off of Hwy 20. Gayle Lee was very knowledgeable about the process and made the entire experience effortless and easy. She knew the system, the processes and set the right expectations for us. She was very professional, friendly and she helped us make the decision to choose Secur care self Storage. On site security cameras, gates, etc. made the decision even easier.

Mrs.Gale went above and beyond to assist me with my rental unit. I thought I had previously reserved a unit via the phone reps, so it came as a surprise when I called to make sure everything was a go before my boss arrived to begin putting things into his unit. That’s when Gale informed me that there wasn’t a reservation on file for us. Mrs.Gale was able to save the day (and my job) she was able to make accommodations that worked in my favor as well as kept my boss happy!! She even did so with out it costing more!!! Thank you Mrs.Gale I truly do appreciate all you help!!!

Hello" first of all. I had. Issues renting the unit I went online to rent it, when I got to the store I wasn't in the system, so the manager wanted to charge me full price, I informed him of your special. He informed me. Thats only through a contract system and only they can make that deal" so I called them back a they made the reservation, .next. I had with the code, it took" three !!! Different codes. To.getin. next. I had a problem with the lock. It is very hard to put the lock on" it's very little space. To get the lock in the hole !!! Could use some upgrades. My apenlon

Well the online experience was very easy and smooth, when I got there to load my storage, my code did not work. Luckily the employees were walking in as I was coming in, they verified my information and gladly let me in to unload my truck. The lady assured me that my code would be working by the time I came back to unload more things, and indeed it did. So my experience was great! Would definitely recommend to a friend.

The fact that he was more concerned with my comfort level versus just trying to make a sale is the reason why I’m going to rent with this company. This particular location is super convenient but the one off Austin Dr(5min away)offers me a little more bang for my buck.

The staff is the best I’ve ever experienced at a storage facility. Friendly, helpful and they take care of business. The rates are cheap, the units are solid and there’s a sense of community with the other patrons that I’ve never experienced at a storage place. In fact, I’m moving the rest of my stuff from P.S. today.

Omg this place is awesome, when my granddaddy and grandma died we used this storage to hold our belongings while we moved, unfortunately we were unable to pay continue to pay and lost our storage, but they kelp all of our pictures and memories safe, they could have thrown them away like the rest of the storage places after 30days but they kelp them safe for months. Jay Johnson is so amazing he did not stop until he found my family's belonging and carried them to my car. I was looking for an indoor climate control storage unit because I do not having to brave the elements. Although SecureCare did not offer what I was looking for, Mr. Johnson was adamant on pushing other services that they offered. I appreciated the level of professionalism that he displayed even in the midst of my frustration of wanting to have my belongings stored closer to my mom. I decided to give this location 5 stars for level of customer of service that I and my family was provided, the ease of speaking with Mr. Johnson on unrelated topics, and the ability of Mr. Johnson to be empathetic to customer needs even when he was not able to check all of the boxes. It takes a special type of individual to deal with the public and everyone is not built for the customer service industry. Great Job!

I visited a Securcare Self Storage facility located at 4141 Snapfinger Woods Drive, Decatur, GA 30035. The store # 0156. I needed a storage facility to take my furniture to after moving out on 9/10/18, intending to have it taken to a new place. Unfortunately last minute I was told wouldn't ready until 9/14/18. It was last minute when I reserved a unit online and headed there with the uhaul. The exceptional service I was provided by the leasing agent Jay when I went in to discuss my reservation was refreshing, after gone thru a frustrating situation with my apt. Jay accessed the reservation and began to explain the sizes, the pricing, the late payment breakdown, what their amounts wld be, and the company's policy when affected by a moratorium. I have renters ins so I wld be able to cover the unit under that policy. After all papers were signed Jay advised me of the unit # and how to access it with the uhaul. The facility was clean, units roomy, and I was able to get my 1 bdrm apt into the unit with enuff room even for all the extra things u already had. Jay gave waters to us when I asked if there were some, and was by far the best service I've received in a long time from any company. The 1st month free def added to the lure of the website but Jay made the process quick, painless and I walked away a very satisfied feeling. Coming from a customer service background I can tell when I am being treated as a valued customer; and where I would recommend anyone I knew in need of storage. I wanna say thanks again to Securcare Self Storage for having a location with an agent named Jay, and I am very satisfied I made the decision to use you for my storage needs, and its been a customers dream to be treated as if they were the only customer they have....☺🎉🎉😁😎

The new manger Jay has brought professionalism back to this company. He is informative, very detailed and persice and if he tells you he will do something you can be assured the task will be completed or the call will be returned. Responsible and decidaded to excellect customer service. If the company allow him the room to grow i see him taking this company in a great direction and even making the snapeefinger woods location more competitive with surrounding compentation. My family and friends have used this company on and off for over 15 years so we have seen mangers come and go yet I hope this company realizes this is an employee they would want to invest in and keep around he makes doing business with this company pleasurable.

The man was new at this job but he did a very good job its jest the manger she came by to pay her bill an he needed some help she helped a little but he needed more but she had to go so something that shouldn't took but 30min took a hour in a half
