I had a fast & simple online sign up process! I had complete accessibility immediately after signing up & there were tons of carts to move my items in & out. Highly recommend this Buford location due to it being so quiet on the property and management was a breeze to work with. Definitely recommend to anyone looking in the buford ga area. I personally had a great experience at this location recently. At first I had problems getting in contact with someone in charge but I had a great conversation with Nardoes and she cleared up a lot of my concerns. They also have moving supplies in store so thats super helpful.

It has been a pleasure to do business with the team at the Buford location. From the first call to my on-site interactions with Marti it has been a smooth experience. Their diligence and attention to detail sets the bar high and equated to an excellent customer experience through the moving and storage process. Highly recommend speaking with Marti and the team both on the phone and in person. Excellent service all around!

My only complaint is that they made it too easy lol. Dawn and Marti are fabulous. Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They are focused on meeting the customer's needs. The facility is all climate-controlled and in a nice area. And the prices are very very good compared to the competition.

I started renting my unit a couple years ago and am very happy with it. The building is always clean and well locked up. Never had any issues with bugs in my unit either. They also have a few rolling flat carts you can use to haul your stuff into or out of the unit which is nice. Plus, the staff is super nice and helpful anytime I’ve needed anything. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage unit!

I was thinking about getting a rental and Santiago, the current property manager, did an excellent job explaining to me the prices and sizes of each unit. He explained the security measures in place for my safety and my belongings as well. He explained to me the payment procedures as well as the multi-payment options I have as a customer. I will be a customer in the future.

The representative, Santiago, was very thorough in explaining how to access the unit. He was kind and accommodating.

Best management in town. Couldn't imagine storing my items anywhere else.

People love to leave negative comments but everyone deserve to be recognized for the positive too. The new owners of now “CubeSmart Buford” has taken a property formally used as “ANYTHING BUT a proper storage facility or business and turned it into one of the cleanest, organized, safest and highly qualified staffed storage facilities in the area. I would highly recommend! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, keep up the excellent work and the renovation done is beautiful. Really glad I stayed when you guys took over and have recommended some friends and colleagues.

I love this storage place. I have stored my furniture here since 2015 The past manager and present manager have been wonderful. Austin, I believe you are confused about what company you are leaving a review for. All of the storage at this facility is indoor climate control. There is no gate system that can be malfunctioning.

I read a post about a gate I don't think that has ever been to the location they don't have a gate. The customer service there is awesome and the facility is clean and well lit we have rented there for over a year and have never had any problems I recommend them to everyone.

Great place! 24 hour access, climate control, and video surveillance and insurance. The only bad thing is sometimes parking lot is full but not always.
