Very Clean and Super Well Maintained Facility!! The girls in the office are polite and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced. It is a pleasure to use the SecurCare Self Storage on Wells Road.

I went in to rent a storage unit that I thought I had put on hold on the website. The young gentleman explained to me that there is an issue with the website and it's not holding the units like it says and so the one I wanted had been rented. Without missing a beat, he said, "But I will call to our other locations and see if we can find you one." He called another location and they had one like I was looking for that just became empty. He said, "don't list it, I'm sending her right over." By the time I got there they had it cleaned and all ready for me. That's good customer service. FIVE STARS! :)

Awesome storage facility! They’re helpful, kind, professional ladies. Best experience I’ve ever had storing my valuables here. Very secure, no water leaks, no pests or insects invading my stored items. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The property managers were always helpful from beginning to the end of almost 3 years we used them. The only problem I had was the rain getting in and the dirt blown in. I had an outside unit, so I understand what I was getting. If there could be better protection this would be 5+1\2 stars.

Lindsey was very responsive and cordial. Even though it was the holiday, she worked to ensure everything went smoothly. Got a great special. They also offer a military discount. NOTE: If considering, make sure to ask for directions. GOGGLE Maps has the location wrong. It looks like its on the Orange Park Mall side of Wells Road. But its not. Its on the west side of Wells Road pass Walgreen, LA Fitness, and Carpetman Wearhouse.

Overall my experience been great. The manager been good with making sure I was taken care of.

Great storage place. But I have to say I'm disappointed because prior to renting the unit I check the website and ask the man to triple verify if it was a 24/7 access like the website said, and he said yes. Come to find out it's not. I work long hours and can only access my unit at night. With the information I had, i thought i could access my unit when ever. I'm really upset now that I was told it was 24/7 and it's not and for how much I'm paying. I want the 24/7 access like I was told i would have. Unit and everything is nice. Just wish I was told otherwise.

I have used this storage company twice and they have been accommodating both times and provided great rates.

The location is really convenient, the space is kept clean and well-monitored, but the best thing about Extra Space is the staff. Chris has been an absolute pleasure from the day we set up the account and is always patient and kind when you talk to her. Extra Space has restored my faith in storage businesses!

I initially reserved a 5x10 site and mentioned to John and Chris that if anyone was moving out and had shelves, I would be interested in buying them. A few days later I received a call that there was an opportunity to get some shelves from a renter and I went over there and saw his unit was 5x15 and would probably be better for my needs. First off, I got a bonanza in shelving and was essentially offered them for free but I paid $65.00 for them anyway. Then I approached the office about changing units and Chris when out of her way to handle it where I ended up with the same cost as the smaller one because of an internet special. This is a really good place to deal with.

EXTRA SPACE ORANGE PARK IS A VERY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT, STAFF ALWAYS EAGER TO HELP. MY VEHICLE BEEN THERE ALMOST A YEAR NOW AND I FEEL SAFE WITH NO WORRIES. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

What separates one storage facility from the next? They all are offering the same basic product. It is the staff, accessibility and pricing that separates one business from the other. I think the most important determinant is the management. Here they shine. Chris is awesome. She is so helpful and friendly and really cares about any issues you may have. Then there are the facilities. They are some of the best around town; wide driveways and very clean. If you visit often, you can always catch the staff doing some chore around the complex to keep it spic ‘n span. And finally the price; currently they are offering deals for first month and their regular rates are very competitive. But I think the thing that sells the place best is the staff, GREAT JOB!

They have the best prices in town based on my research. Quick and easy process. Chris was great and quite helpful. Unit was clean and I feel comfortable leaving my items there for an extended period of time. Wish the military discount applied to retired veterans as opposed to just active duty. However, that was not a deal breaker. I could live with that.

Absolutely love this place, it is old but, clean and well kept, managed by professional and friendly staff , We've been renting an office space, and a storage units for more than 2 decades and we never had any problem or issues, in fact, this place just keep on getting better and better. I highly recommend this place, if your looking to store your belongings.

This site is old, but definitely not disgusting. The staff here is always friendly and willing to do just about anything for the customers. Every time i come by they are out on the property working on making it better for the customers. I don't know why that John Washington guy said what he did, I use the outside bathroom all the time, and it's always clean. This place is great!

I have no idea why that guy said it is disgusting. This place is great. Yes it needs some repairs but my stuff is safe and it stays dry. I have never seen anyone living or working out of it. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. Plus I get $50 every time they rent. :) Paid my bill today and WOW the place looks great. The new management is so nice. I usually pay my bill online but thought I would stop in and I am so glad I did.

I store my RC planes here with no problem at all. The site is clean and I feel my planes are in good hands. They offered me insurance that I didnt even think about before I rented.
