Manager was very pleasant.
I was impressed how clean the business is. The manager Delaney was very informative, knowledgeable and had me out of there in less than a half hour. Definitely one of the best storage units that I have been to. I would recommend SecurCare to anybody. So far I give them a ten.
Great staff! Friendly and efficient!
The manager Delaina really listened to my husband and me. We felt confident that she and the other staff member, Robert, honestly cared about doing a good job for us. They treated us like we mattered, not like just a customer who can be easily replaced. They answered all our questions and provided the information and services we needed. They handled our business carefully and cheerfully. It’s a very professional and orderly office and yet the staff is warm and hospitable. We have had our small storage unit for over a year, since before the management change. We wouldn’t think our stuff is valuable to others, but SecurCare is so understanding and respectful. They actually care about our stored things, too. It’s rare to find such personable customer service, these days. Delaina and Robert, thank you so much for everything!
