Will Connelly rocks! I wasn't sure what it would be like when SecurCare took over this past year, but the facility is just as clean and safe as before, and Will goes the extra mile with his customer service and friendly personality. I've experienced a few different storage facilities over the years in different states and a few in Colorado... and this place beats them all! I wouldn't store my things anywhere else than at this particularly facility. It's worth the extra drive. Thanks Will!

The property manager Will Connelly is very friendly and super helpful. He made the entire application process a breeze.

Clean, safe, and "secure". Reasonable rates. We have 2 units- 1 climate controlled , and 1 garage size. Helps us store our material excess that we can't quite part with, and have no room to store at home. Christmas and holiday decorations, tools, Car parts, seasonable items.

A WONDERFUL experience at the Monument location!!! Leah the manager on site is absolutely AMAZING and SO WONDERFUL on every and all professional and personal levels!!!👍🏼🤩👌🏼 The facility is clean and welcoming. Everything from the beautiful office to the storage units is in a Mint condition! I’ve rented 4 units and an RV parking space and it was an easy, pleasant and smooth process. Love this place!!! Leah makes it all feel so GREAT and so HOMEY!!!

Fairly easy sign up process. Initialing the contract later was very laborious. Had to chose initials each time. No other signing system I have used required that.

This facility is the cleanest, best run storage business without question. Leah does a great job in managing the business and communicating with customers. Now, let's hope the new company (Securcare) who bought this facility will not get greedy as most storage companies do by raising their prices repeatedly.

I have stored with them approx. 2 yrs now. A military retiree, I have prev rented storage units in 6 states. SecurCare Self Storage (formerly Monument Hill Self Storage) has been by far my best experience. Manager Leah, her husband Scott & leasing agent Sam have all been wonderful, very responsive & caring. I researched all storage facilities in Colorado Springs area & found this place had everything I wanted: great onsite mgmt team, 24x7 security system, safe environment, 6 am-10 pm gate access. Climate-controlled units, well-lit, unlocked restrooms avail, very clean & well-maintained premises. 10% military discount. Some units with extra high ceilings, which I require. I have had 3 indoor units here & for 2 years have never seen a mouse or spider. 😳 Thank, goodness. 😬 Good variety of unit sizes, fair pricing. Easy access to I-25. Have never heard of any unit break-ins. Many good-size moving carts. No, they didn't tell me to write a review. ☺️ I just have decades of experience moving & storing... know exactly what I want in a storage facility. Had a few bad experiences at other storage facilities in diff states. This place has all I wanted & needed. 👍

We loved storing our extra things here! The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We really appreciated the wooden carts they had to transport all of your belongings into the storage units, and the ease of access getting into and out of our unit. The facility is very well kept, and very safe and secure! We'll definitely be using them again for any future storage needs!

I meant to write this when I used them in 2017. From April - October 2017. They were always nice in the front and it was easy to move even when I had an indoor on the top floor. Never had issues with rodents and I never had issues with security. Their prices are very good and we used their truck twice. Well worth the cost.

I drive over 2 hours to come here, bypassing many other storage options. That should say it all. You'll be hard pressed to find another place as clean, secure and with as helpful/friendly staff as Monument Hill Self Storage. AND their prices are extremely fair as well. I highly recommend you check them out for your climate controlled storage needs.

What wonderful people and a wonderful place. It is clean, easy to load and unload using the elevator. I recommend this storage facility above all others!

This place is an absolute storage dream. They've literately thought of everything, then made it nicer, then went over it with a magic fine tooth customer service comb and somehow made it even better. We've had three different spaces with them now. The indoor space is climate controlled and somehow cleaner than most 5 star restaurants. The ceilings are higher than you could stack your stuff if you were the jolly green giant. The lock sliders are new and the most tamper proof I've seen. I don't know how I will get in when I lose my lock key, that's my only concern. The outdoor drive up space doors are tall enough to to walk through on stilts if you'd like and the deep ones fit full size RV's. OH - speaking of RV's, they've also got fresh water, sewage dump and enough space to turn around an 18 wheeler (actually witnessed that today). There's a truck they offer for free upon move-in and the lady that runs the place is literately the nicest person I've dealt with during our entire move experience. Even on our initial phone call, she didn't have the size we needed right away, but she was the only one who wanted to work with us to combine a few she did have and find us a solution. (This was the THIRD storage facility we've dealt with in person and probably the 6th one we called. We've seen a thing or two, I'm not proud) Save yourself a headache and call these people first.

This location is a great place to store your stuff. Super clean facility both inside and out. Grounds are well kept. Management lives on site. As well as very professional and will to accommodate are needs with the rental of are unit.

The owner and manager are always so welcoming and friendly! You can tell it is a family business by the level of respect and kindness that they show you. Their facilities are always very clean, kept up, and secure. I’ve never felt that my belongings were in a safer storage unit!

From the moment I called Monument Hill Self Storage and talked to Leah, I was blown away by the above and beyond customer service provided by Leah and her husband Scott. Leah stayed late to get my paperwork finished and was so darn nice it made my day. In addition to the great staff, the storage area is new, clean, secure and well lit. Today I needed help moving the family wine into a climate controlled unit while my military husband was deployed. The owner, John Aronson, was amazing and personally assisted me in this endeavor. We have a total of 3 units here and I highly recommend Monument Hill Self Storage.
