Place is great. Super clean and very convenient. MJ was super helpful. Redoing our garage and needed a drive in unit for a car. He showed me the units and gave me a discount. Couldn’t ask for more.

MJ was great. Made the process so easy. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Very easy to set up your storage online. Just as wasy to change it later as I needed a larger unit. I’m moving from CA to CO so I haven’t seen the unit yet. I’ll have to give you an update after my stuff arrives.

This was a great storage facility. Easy to get setup, convenient auto-pay, clean units in a climate controlled space. We used a couple of units while we were in between houses and it worked out perfectly.

If you're looking for a storage place then just go here. Set up was easy, the place is clean and secure, access times are convenient, there's even equipment on-hand to help you unload/load at the front door. As far as customer service goes, MJ is fantastic. You really can't go wrong here.

I just edited my original review, I had had an issue with billing, but they pulled through and got it taken care of. Other than the one billing issue I had (the automated system charged me after I had left). It was a good experience here, and I have stored with them several times, they are close and convenient. Pretty clean overall and even supply moving stuff. I would store with them again.

Worked with Emily for a long time. Loved her! She was obviously great because she was promoted. Have known Jeremy for only a short time, but was very helpful while my movers were there.

I looked at 3 different storage areas in the Highlands Ranch area and hands down SecurCare Storage was the best. In fact I cancelled a return appointment with another facility after touring SecurCare! This is a brand new facility that is spotless, well located, very secure and professionally managed. Their management is resident on site and therefore there 24/7, which is also very important. The manager is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and they had some nice move-on deals.

First let me say the manager, Emily, at the Highlands Ranch location is both highly professional and very pleasant/nice at the same time... a GREAT combination! The facility is well maintained and convenient to anyone in Highlands Ranch. The interior units are climate controlled and the lighting is excellent.
