Storage Units at 20330 S Mono Vista Rd in Soulsbyville, CA 95372

I have known this place since 2014. Would not recommend to use this place to store anything that's personal or meaningful to you. Lots of units, but not a very good experienced area to put stuff in. The customer service is quite decent however over the phone.

The facility had great prices, customer service and beautiful grounds. Clean and well maintained. Good lighting. Very happy I changed my storage, and came to them.

Staff is friendly, they keep the grounds clean, getting a unit was quick and easy and I was able to complete it online and start moving stuff to my unit same day!

The gentleman who helped us with our rental was very friendly, personable and efficient. He gave us all the information to use the storage area. Highly recommend for anyone needing a storage unit.

I can honestly say these guys in Soulsbyville are the kindest and most understanding people, especially in this industry. I know my belongings are safe, the facility is well maintained and clean, I have easy access to my unit and it's always wel lit at night. It's always a joy to stop in and say hi. I wouldn't thInk about going to any other storage facility. If I could give 10 stars, I'd give 20 lol

The facility and the office staff are great! There was some confusion over getting a free month with a 3-month agreement. I thought I was getting it when I reserved online, but later learned they don't do that. I'm not sure where the misunderstanding came in. Also, trying to sign their contract on my phone or computer was a nightmare. They should use DocuSign instead of the crazy service they use. I had to go into the office to sign, and even then it was much more confusing than it should have been.

The ladies here are the best. I sometimes forget to pay my storage and they call me up to remind me. It's kinda a running joke, but I love them for it.

Very secure and clean. It would be better if there was a little more room between storage rows so it could have more room for other vehicles to pass by when a vehicle is parked.

Debbie, Debbie, Debbie. Was wonderful! I called last minute from Seattle to help set a family member up with a unit and she was not only beyond helpful, but had amazing customer service. We got everything squared away with ease + had good conversation, which now a days is a rarity. Interactions like that are priceless, but compensation is always nice so someone get her a raise! Thank you again, and would definitely recommend.

Every aspect of this rental was handled friendly and efficiently. Debbie, Jackie, and staff made the process very easy. Unit and facility were very clean. When it appeared that we couldn't get all our stuff out, immediately a smaller space was offered. We ended up not needing it, but it was nice to know that we didn't have to rent our 10x35 any longer than necessary. Great experience all around.

I reserved a unit online as we were preparing for a big move from the Bay Area. They were able to hold my unit for 2 weeks and it was perfectly ready on the day of our arrival with the moving van. Our movers were able to easily maneuver their 26' truck through the lot. The entire lot and office are spotless and very well maintained. I was thoroughly impressed by Debbie, her customer service skills and follow up to make sure that I was fully taken care of. She made me feel very welcome and at home after a stressful move day. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone else I know in need of a storage solution.

I have had multiple storage units with Extra Space over the last couple years the service is always 100%, clean, pest free, and secure!

Debbie & Jackie are GRAND!! They got me unlost, took care of my storage needs quickly and efficiently, in fact, they had everything ready for me when I finally arrived. These girls went out of their way to make sure that I had the right size storage just in time for my move. They even guided me to the good grub stop! The facility is cleaner than any I have used before and so secure. If you so need, there is plenty of moving products available also. Thank you Debbie and Jackie!!

Every time I come into the office Krystal and Donna are polite and courteous. They always have time to help me. The facility is always clean.I would recommend this storage facility.
