I found SecurCare online. I called out of frustration, after driving away from a storage facility that I'd reserved. I was so disappointed by the facility's decay, that I never got out of my car! From my initial converation with the SecurCare agent, to completion of my lease agreement, the experience was exceptional! The representative that took my call was very knowledgeable and friendly. She reserved the unit for me and texted me a link with directions. I wish that I could acknowledge her by name...sorry! Upon my arrival at the office, Ms. Adame, was very welcoming, professional and thorough. Worth recommending!

My sister has actually had 3 storages here for a little over 3 years. She and myself have had to have an open line of communication with the employees and the manager for various personal reasons and the fact that my sister was often out of town. During her entire time as a customer, she was treated wonderfully. Alva, the store manager and the rest of the staff are professional, courteous, informative, concerned, and welcoming to the office. I am speaking on behalf of my sister because she recently passed, but would share this exact sentiment. I speak for myself as well, because I have dealt with them often as well to handle her belongings. They have shown much appreciation to potential customers for inquiring and the regular customers for being customers. This is the attitude I've seen with others whenever I was at the facility. It's also very clean and well maintained.👍🏼
