Went in to get info on a unit for my upcoming move. Spoke to Ashley, she was really friendly and helped me decide on the size I needed for my belongings. I had no idea what size I would need and decided I will use this place when im ready for my move in a few weeks. Very nice and professional.

Your phone Customer Service Rep, Rik, yesterday, August 28 , 2023, was SUPER! He was receptive, kind & excellent at explaining everything in clear, concise language. He was so very patient, too. I used to work in Customer Service for Cigna Corporation & understand the pressures & personality traits that provide strengths to a Customer Service Rep doing an excellent job helping callers. Ric was the BEST! An excellent Customer Service Rep as he was patient & kind. Better yet, he's adept at explaining everything so well, in easily understood terms. He's an asset to your "team" & definitely deserves a raise in pay!

Good for movers. I have 18 wheeler 65 feet long. They have a lot units with access for semi truck. Clean and secure

I’ve had a unit here for about a year, and this place is the best. It’s clean and and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

Overall my experience was fantastic, moving back to California from Texas I needed a place to store some of my belongings for a short period of time and Kassidy was a huge help and made it very easy to get the unit size I was looking for.

They only have to say about this place is they have a great customer service

Eddie was great, he showed us several units, offered pallets to put belongings on. He went over and above to make sure that we were comfortable and happy with the unit that we choose. He's very professional, polite and a pleasure to work with.

A breath of fresh air it was an easy process I tried to get a storage earlier that day and the service was rude then I called and they were very kind she told me her lunch break gave me the store hours she was nice I cannot remember her name but I thank you for being so helpful

I did it all online and it was fast and easy.

I don’t remember the young man’s name, I was having trouble with my roll up door the lock wouldn’t fit and the young helped me with it. Then I couldn’t figure how to use the gate and he kind to a old man and told me how to use it I felt kind of silly but he was friendly. Very nice young man.

Friendly staff and fast registration! I found the perfect unit I needed. I was offered a brief tour of the facility on how to enter, locate my unit, and leave the facility. Which was helpful as this is my first time renting out a unit. I'll remain here for quite a while.

The facility was really clean lots of cameras everywhere really secure. I got a 5x10 unit which was really clean. I was helped by Erick who was really helpfull even under short staff. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a storage unit.

This Facility Is Unusual In That Even Though The Offices Close At 6:00 PM Just Like Most Other Storage Facilities Out There, Tenants Have Full Access To Their Storage Units Until As Late As 10:00 PM - 7 Days Of The Week!, Which If You Actually Have A 9 to 5 Job, Is Extremely Convenient And Very Helpful! You Really Can't Find A Better Storage Facility Out There, And Trust Me On This, I've Tried.

The facility is well maintained and clean. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. This is my second time using this facility and it has been a wonderful experience.

We love Extra Space Storage! The staff is friendly and professional and so willing to help out, they make you feel welcomed and secure. The grounds are very well maintained and always super clean. They have a great insurance policy incase of any damage done to your belongings including natural disaster and theft, although I wouldn't worry about theft because the grounds are super secure. We rent an indoor climate controlled space and we couldn't be happier with the service and the price! This really has been a great experience for my husband and I and we will forever use this location for all of our storage needs!
