The staff were understanding and kind but the elevator was broken and it was so hot carrying a whole unit down stairs for 2 days straight. Omg however, the employees are cool as long as you are respectful and communicative.

Management was great really helpfull

Old Man has great customer service and good advice

Not disabled friendly. Ramp are you too steep and very short makes them dangerous even for normal person. They need to be fixed before someone gets hurt trying to get down them. Maybe they need an inspection. Or at least out a ramp handle in the wall across ramp

People are very nice. I rent 5 by 7 unit then I upgraded to 5 by 10 unit. The storage is near freeways like a minute. 👍👍👍

I had to rent during covid to decontaminate used toys I was to give to needy families. Well over a year now 2 managers both have been great. I do however not like that I have had 2 increases in rent and due to my financial situation is so tight I will have to move sell or donate it all this month. God knoes

Every time I come here I have an amazing experience David is ridiculously helpful. He keeps the place extra clean everything always works and best of all I always feel safe I don’t feel like there’s any type of shady characters or shady dealings going on!

The price is right, the only thing I don't like about it is I'm on the second floor and the lift's don't work I can't store the things I want to store there is no way I can get them up their. So that's why I only gave a 3 the service was good friendly helpful. I just hope I don't get broken into like these other reviews say.

So far so good . That's after 2 years of storing here . My items have been safe and I've been without worry of being burglarized again . Office attendants are very nice . The price is fairly priced .

The manger and staff are great and very helpful. Too bad the manager doesn't have a business cell phone because it's hard to use the main phone line to pay it get through. The company needs to get a better phone system. Lots of times you can't pay on line or by phone.
