It is always kept very clean and everything that you store there is always accessible when you want it. The prices are affordable for the spacious units that are offered. I was with this place for about 2 1/2 years. Making monthly payment was so easy. Everything was perfect so never really had to speak with office except when I moved in, and moved out. Which office staff was amazing. Move in was simple , move out was simple. The only thing semi negative I can say is the price went up little too high for me but on the positive note I will say it was worth the money, when I moved my stuff there it was there for over 2 years and when I moved out there no bugs no spiders so they definetely maintain the grounds. I would absolutely use them if I needed a storage again. I absolutely recommend them.

I did everything over the phone and received immediate confirmation and emails to sign docs by email.

Storage facility is nice and clean. The woman who helped me at the front desk was very kind and caring. Love that.

Donna on the phone reservation was very attentive and a pleasure to do business with. Melinda the manager at the Hemet site was also very attentive and efficiently processed my request. The cleanliness and security of the site was impressive.

Love Secure Care Storage. We've been using the one in East Hemet for years with no issues. Melissa in the front office is the best. She runs the facility so well. Professional and so helpful and friendly. She provides EXCELLENT customer service.

I have had no issues. The price I pay for my unit is good and I have no worries with my stuff in my unit. Staff is great and very friendly.

Clean and secure but once you put tour things in there they raise the price knowing they gotcha.

This storage facility is very clean and the staff is great as well as over the phone customer service. No matter what the situation there is always someone to help you. I also love the gate hours its perfect if your moving late in the day! They are hassle free and professional.

I have had a good experience with SecurCare. Their Customer service is very good and they were very accommodating when I was moving and had underestimated how much stuff I had and they were able to provide me with a bigger unit the day I arrived in the moving Van. It’s very well secured and clean. There prices are affordable.

Ofc manager is excellent, knowledgeable, prices good, property clean and well kept, nicely lit during darker hours.

Went and got a storage unit today and the lady at the front was more then nice I absolutely loved her . The unit we got was reasonable priced and it's very secure. Would defiantly recommend going there if you need storage ....

Kodie is awesome. She is great with customer service. She takes care of us when we have any needs. My wife and I are very happy. The slight downfall which isn't her fault is a "young lady" that covers for her on her day off is not very customer oriented infact twice there was an occasion where office is locked and it took me looking inside through window to suddenly have her open takes office. All in all go see Jodie and you will be happy at this facility.
