On a very hot Saturday in September, Annette helped me select the right storage unit for my needs and quickly set up all of the paperwork and insurance so that I could be quickly on my way to wrap up my garage clean-out project. When I arrived back at the unit 30 minutes later, she had the space blown out and clean, ready for me to install shelving and bins. She was really nice and super easy to work with. I really appreciated her help.

Annette is more then a five star.. 15 yrs later. She's still as amazing helpful and customer service A++++. Annette great job you did as a Trainer with Ceres and finding the right team. I called and left a message letting SecurCare Storage know what I was looking for. I received a call back from a sweetheart of a lady by the name of Annette. She answered all my questions and was very polite. I explained that I started the process of reserving a space but during the process it requires you to choose an insurance plan as part of the service That is where I stopped. When Annette called we were able to discuss that. I already have renters insurance and that would cover my storage place so I was able to go in today and she showed me the rental space and everything is good. Thank you so much, Annette . Was so easy to reserve online and setup payment and auto payments every month and the staff in the Escalon office so helpful helping me get the paperwork signed and a guy Anthony helped me with my unit number and passcode when the office was closed so I could start using right away. The gals in the office are very helpful and do their best to accommodate and work with their clientele, but at the same time run a secure and safe business. They keep the grounds very clean and presentable. I highly recommend doing business at this storage facility. Their pricing is reasonable and hours of entrance extended compare to most other storage facilities.

Great staff...very professional, but also very nice. They take care of any issues quickly and follow up to confirm. Escalon is a bit of a drive, but it's a beautiful area.
