The staff is friendly and are willing to look for discounts for you not just accept the coupon....you know? Don't hesitate to do their complete job of making sure that not only do they get you what you came and ask for but make sure that what you're asking for, is exactly what you need. Only thing that kept them from a five star in my books , is electricity in the units light bulb or a plug of some sorts, that would be nice. Now that's not to say anything to discount the extended hours that they have for the gate the office closes at 5:00 or 6:00 p.m. but the gate doesn't close till 10:00 p.m. . And I believe it opens at 6:00 or 7:00 a.m. and the office doesn't. So you have a bigger window to access your things before or after work. And this is where the light bulbs in the units would pay themselves off with interest! rolling in after hours it's dark can't hardly see what you're looking for unless you bring your own light source.

Went in for a storage and walked out with one within 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and professional and handled business accordingly

The manager that's always there is super nice, I think her name is Lexi. When my cousin rented out a unit she explained everything very thoroughly and clearly. I could tell that she knows how to do her job very well. Location is secure.

Great place. Clean units, friendly staff, and can't beat the hours they are opened. Only one thing missing, some power for a light when I'm there after dark. But keep up the great storage units guys, and gals.

Moving your stuff is a stressful time and things easily go offtrack. This won't be one of them.The office staff truly care that you are taken care of. Even the onsite nite security are watching out for you, your safety and security. Stop searching, this is the place!

This place has great deals and great customer service, I was referred by my friend Amy who just rented a space here, I got a good deal from the mgr Felipe and mentioned the referral special.. if I refer someone I get my next month at 50%. I felt the mgr really care about making business and give customers good deals, he walked me through the area and showed me the spaces, since this is my first time renting one, but he made the process very easy, he explained all the paper work, my due date, everything was explained clearly, the storage I rented looked clean and safe. Compare to other places this is the most affordable with employees that really wanna help and earn your business. I'm definitely referring this place to my friends. Definitely a great experience.

My daughter Amayrani and I recently rented a storage at this location. Not only the place was well maintained and secure but the manager was very polite, professional and took the time to explain all the different sizes and prices, I felt he really wanted to earn my business. I felt confident my stuff will be safe and if I need any help the manager Felipe will help me with any questions I may have. Soon after reserving I received a phone call from the manager confirming my reservation and setting up a time to come in and complete the process. When I arrived at the office I was helped right away and the storage room I reserved was clean and ready to be used! If you're looking for a storage facility with great pricing, friendly staff and a clean environment, I recommend this Extra Space Storage.

I've worked with quite a few storage facilities and this one is the best by far. It's an incredibly convenient location just off Hwy 58 with easy ramps. The facility is clean and well maintained, but It's the staff that really makes a difference. They are by far the best I've ever worked with! They communicate well and operate with integrity. I've sent two friends to this Extra Space Storage and both of them are very happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

My stuff has been here since February since i originally moved to Las Vegas, Griselda and her husband have been nothing but patient and kind. I came today to remove my belongings and move to my new home in Vegas and low and behold the uhaul breaks down in the storage facility. With little to no assistance from uhaul we have been stuck in the storage facility since 3:00pm and it is now 7:00pm as I'm writing this review. I say this to say Extra Space Storage on S Oswell have gone above and beyond to assist me and my family in such frustrating times.
