Had the same unit for years, never any trouble with the unit or staff. Biggest issue was the price increase, started at $72 a month, up to $84 last year, and $95 these past few months with any visible improvements or changes to the property.
I needed a storage building but was not sure of the time frame. The lady at the Nacogdoches store called and I was able to rent a unit and only need it for a short time. She was very considerate of the fact that I did not live in that area and was able to take care of everything in a short time.
Manager was very nice and helpful. Have had no issues thus far.
Super nice storage manager. The place could use a coat of paint, but that's not that big of a deal. We were looking for a small unit to store a few things for our fraternity, and that's exactly what we got. Would definitely recommend this business to others.
They weren't true to their hours so I called to see if I could get a hold of somebody and the people I contacted on the phone were very confusing and not very helpful. But l did receive a call from the manager two days after and he apologized and explained what the situation was for the absence of employees.
Good secure storage facility. Well monitored and friendly staff.
