I’m currently using SecurCare Storage and honestly the process was super easy and John at the front office was incredibly helpful and answered any questions I might’ve had. I also would like to thank John for going above and beyond and giving me a ride to the unit because I’m currently without a vehicle and would have had to walk across the very opposite end of the property. I've been with secure storage a little over a year now and I Love it. It's located 5 minutes from where I live which to me is Awesome. The rates are very affordable more so than other storage facilities in town. The security provided is a peace of mindl. John is a big part of the welcoming party always ready to answer your questions, and help in any way he can. This storage area is also always clean again I can't say enough good things about securcare self storage!

So very thankful for John today he called and text to inform us our unit was tampered with but assured everything was fine and fixed our lock in front of us very swiftly, you the man John!!!

To be honest I was going through a lot with sick relatives as well as my bad health, while undergoing a major move location and I may not have heard all of the information your employee gave but while looking for the locker number on the contract. I didn't see anything that said, what locker number it was so I had to do a bit of searching before realizing that maybe it was part of the access pass as the last 4 was My phone number. So if you are not making that a mandatory obvious indication on the contract, It should be.

The unit's price is very reasonable and acceptable. Mr. John is very friendly and patient. I accidentally select the wrong unit when I book my unit online and he helps me transfer to the correct unit. Thanks a lot!!!

Metro Self Storage helps you with everything. I am have a climate controlled storage space. No dirt inside the space at all. The manager walks the property every day to make sure the locks are in place and your items are safe. Just a great company to work with. I had some questions because I have never stored my property anywhere. The manager saved me a lot of money by honestly telling me what I needed and what I did not need. I trust their advice.

Another Attic Self Storage is great, the people that work there are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well lit at night, so it makes it a lot easier to move at night. It is a bit pricier than some others in the area, but the 24 hour access makes it worth it.

This is my second storage unit to have at Another Attic. Julie is the greatest, she keeps me advised about what is going on and the facility is very clean and maintained. If you have to store something in Lubbock this is the place.

Friendly staff, easy to get in and out. When I moved in there was a trailer or truck you could rent free of charge (just put down a deposit) AND THEY EVEN PAY THE GAS FOR THE TRUCK! They have a great $29 move in special. But what got me to chose this place is that their months start when you start. When I was looking around, I was needing to move in around the 20th of May and other months were wanting to charge me for the whole month of May when I was only going to be there for 10 days. At Another Attic, my month is charged from May 20th - June 20th. Which saved me a ton of money.
