So far so good. I feel like my stuff is safe. Ive had this unit about a year now.

Warren is a nice guy to work with he's nice and friendly.

I accidentally came to this location of this franchise. During my distress, my front bumper broke, fell off and I was in a complete panic. Not only did Warren figure out and direct me to the proper location where my things are stored at. He also stood out here in the 105° Son and fixed my bumper for me. He tied it in and he made it drivable for me to go home to my kids. this was the best customer service that I’ve experienced in such a long time. Brian at the desk was also so patient and understanding. I highly recommend this storage facility. These are very good people that work here!!! They deserve 10 stars, especially Warren!!!

I have really enjoyed my experience with SecurCare handling all my storage needs. They are response to any issues or questions you may have concerning your unit. Today I got outstanding customer care service from Kelly who was on-site today, and when I told her about my light being out in my unit, she got right on and was having the issue taking care promptly! Very impressive and when I got back it was fixed! Thank you, Kelly for terrific customer service, but she did everything with a smile! This is the place to come for all your storage needs!

When I moved I needed storage unit got too big unit only one available at time started at $99.00 month now it's getting close to double that amount

The website was very easy to navigate, and you had many options available in the area. I'm setting up storage during a move, and it was easy. We haven't been to the unit yet, but so far, so good.

Move in was so simple. Just had to show up and put in the code. I did everything online, the manager is super sweet too!!! :)

Beverly did a FANTASTIC job accommodating me and my needs. If you need a storage unit, this is the company to use!

I secured the unit via phone & while on the phone I had them set up auto pay. When I arrived I had to fill out papers & set up auto pay again. But what's more frustrating is that the next month I got a phone call telling me that they hadn't received our payment & we were going to be charged a late fee. To which I replied I'm on autopay. The last said we dont show that butet me look into this for you. Luckily the agent put that I wanted to be on autopay on the first phone call but no one actually ever did it. The customer service took off the late fee & got the auto pay set up so I should not have any further issues. Great job to the last agent but it never should have happened. I got a running discount for securing the unit over the phone & the 10x30 unit is taller than we needed but length was exactly what we needed.

I wanted to give a very positive "shout-out" for the continued outstanding support of staff members Beverley and Buffy. They've been very professional and courteous during our time at your storage facility. We recently retired and moved our household from Corpus Christi into three (3) climate controlled storage rooms at the 3400 Longmire site. This allowed us to move our possessions slowly and methodically into our new home in CS.
