The website was very easy to navigate, and you had many options available in the area. I'm setting up storage during a move, and it was easy. We haven't been to the unit yet, but so far, so good.

Move in was so simple. Just had to show up and put in the code. I did everything online, the manager is super sweet too!!! :)

Beverly did a FANTASTIC job accommodating me and my needs. If you need a storage unit, this is the company to use!

I secured the unit via phone & while on the phone I had them set up auto pay. When I arrived I had to fill out papers & set up auto pay again. But what's more frustrating is that the next month I got a phone call telling me that they hadn't received our payment & we were going to be charged a late fee. To which I replied I'm on autopay. The last said we dont show that butet me look into this for you. Luckily the agent put that I wanted to be on autopay on the first phone call but no one actually ever did it. The customer service took off the late fee & got the auto pay set up so I should not have any further issues. Great job to the last agent but it never should have happened. I got a running discount for securing the unit over the phone & the 10x30 unit is taller than we needed but length was exactly what we needed.

I wanted to give a very positive "shout-out" for the continued outstanding support of staff members Beverley and Buffy. They've been very professional and courteous during our time at your storage facility. We recently retired and moved our household from Corpus Christi into three (3) climate controlled storage rooms at the 3400 Longmire site. This allowed us to move our possessions slowly and methodically into our new home in CS.
