They greeted me with smiles and prior to arriving they answered the phone and confirm reservation without problems. Service was spot on! I have been using this storage facility for almost 6 years. Stacy, the facility manager , goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants needs are met and immediately takes care of any maintenance issues. The grounds are always kept neat and clean and I always feel safe and that my items are secure with the gate and camera system in place. Good low cost friendly place to store ur stuff

The property manager (Stacy) is always very helpful and friendly. I have been using this facility for years for a climate controlled storage room and have not had any problems. In fact, I have changed unit sizes due to my needs several times without an issue. The facility is secure, clean and the location is perfect for my needs. I would recommend them for any of your future storage needs including climate controlled, non-climate controlled, storage parking for boats or RVs and Uhaul rentals as well.

Stacy has been a tremendous help facilitating me with my storage needs. She is always helpful and very pleasant when I come in to pay my bill.

The SecurCare location on 1480 Boiling Springs Road in Spartanburg, SC were the most professional and patient I’ve ever met when dealing with Stirage units. I’m so grateful I found them.

Today was my first time at this SecurCare Storage center. I rented a climate control unit. I asked twice before I rented it, if there were turns in the hallway. I was told twice that I would go in a door and the hallways were straight, no turns. I have a double sided California king bed, so getting it around corners is tough. I also have a long bulky couch. Not only is there a turn shortly after going down the hall, but there is an eye level fire extinguisher hanging on the wall right in the bend. I hope I can get the bed and couch around the bend without contorting them and rubbing against the walls and floor in the bend. The facility was clean, but there are only 3 parking spaces out front, and one houses a tow dolly. I like the security gate.

I had a minor issue with billing and contacted the manager and she fixed it quickly for me. Before I hung up the phone she had the issue resolved. Happy to use them for my storage needs.

We (Angie & David) have been renting a unit at the SecurCare Self Storage on Boiling Springs Road in Spartanburg, SC for almost 3 years. We like the entrance gate security there. And Stacy, the manager, keeps a good eye on who is there & what’s going on. The entire facility is always neat & tidy.

We have been renting a large unit for the last few months in Boiling Springs SC. We called initially and were given quick and accurate information. We stopped by to look at the unit close to the end of the day. Stacy never complained and welcomed us, showed us the unit and even made sure we got the military discount to lower our cost a bit. Stacy has been great and is always willing to answer questions and makes paying a breeze.

Stacy is one of the very best person I've delt with when renting a warehouse. Very friendly, knoldgeable, property is excellent maintained she is the main reason I've kept this warehouse. I think she goes thru the lot each day to make sure lock you have on your unit is still in tack and has not been tampered with, Stacy has her way of knowing. Also her husband with all he has been thru with his health is also a upbeat and a friendly man and nice to chat with when you take a mint. Sometimes we think we are having it bad but look around someone always had it worse.
