All the staff is great but I can’t say enough good words for the kindness of the staff Ms Autumn and Ms Summer at the Whitehorse Rd location ! I went to my storage unit to put some things in and take some thing out when I got finished I could not find my keys so I began to move boxes to look for my keys and my phone was dead I could not call anyone for help I became exhausted I walkup to the gate couldn’t get out to go yo the office after awhile I walking around wondering what to do ! Ms Autumn and Ms Summer came by this time I was in tears ! These ladies were so kind they helped find my keys and charged my phone enough to call ! I can never thank them enough! It means a lot to do business with this great staff !

Me and my husband love this storage unit facility. The staff there is very helpful and friendly. The place itself is cared for and well kept. Units are cleaned well and so far we have had no issues with anything. I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family. Everything was easy to check in and get the right size storage I needed.
Storage units are nice, a good fit. Very clean few bugs. This place needs improvement with the payment process and accommodations for renters. The website wont allow me to make payments online, and i get a $5 fee when i call to pay. It would be great to have a place to dump our trash since we can get a fee for using their dumpster :/ . Driveway needs to be repaired asap. Our sedan scraped and the bumper came off causing the paint to chip.

I have never had a problem with this business or the employees. Everyone is very nice an they keep you informed about any changes.
My first use of storage units. Used this storage for over a year. Moved away, but no local of the same company. Otherwise, i would still use them. I had some issues, (some due to quickly changing in storage size) but they resolved quickly with communicating with me through email. Definitely will look for rhem for possible future needs.

Christian was amazing! This was a last minute thing for us and we had limited time. Christian was thorough and quick. The pricing is absolutly great. Other places we checked was twice the amount for the Same size unit with the same security. Definitly would recommend secure storage and Christian to anyone!

I've rented from this facility for several months now. I actually found out about this location by winning a storage auction from them. I decided to rent my first unit from them because of my experience there that day. The manager there, Sommer, is a super polite, helpful lady. I've dealt with a lot of storage facilities, purchasing auctions, and alot of managers are total jerks. Sommer however was very nice and welcoming. It was in the dead of summer and it had to be hitting rt at 100 degrees, and she was kind enough to come by on one of her rounds and offer us a cold water. To me that shows going above and beyond customer service. Her kindness and the care and respect she showed for her job that day won my business. I now have three units with her, I had one issue with a door when I first moved in one of my units, and she was getting it fixed straight away. I truly enjoy renting from this facility, even though it is a little out of my way, I know that my stuff is in good hands. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a great facility, as well as a manager u can trust. Thanks Sommer!
