Jeff has been very responsive and willing to help with any issues. I was never worried about my belongings being stolen or my unit being broken into. There are cameras around the property and it is well lit. Great storage place and I would definitely use them again.

i’ve never used a storage center like this before, but i was blown away by the service and the cleanliness of this facility. jeff was wonderful and helped me set up my unit to store things for college, and when i went back this week to pick everything up, there wasn’t even a SPECK of dust or grime. all of my stuff was kept safe and clean, and the prices were shockingly affordable. ask for jeff barton, he was a pleasure to work with!

I've been using this location for over a year now and the man that works in the office (I can't remember is name right off hand, but he's older with glasses) is so nice and welcoming. We always have some friendly banter everytime I see him and he has a good sense of humor. I see him nearly everyday as my job requires me to use the facility but he's always pleasant.

Mary was a pleasure to deal with, got me through the lease signup easily even though the system was brand new and hadn't been tweaked yet. Unit was clean and larger and cheaper than others I had looked at around town. Would recommend if nothing else to meet Mary.

Hi, I’m Benjamin. I recently rented a storage unit from Secure Care at 1412 Pointsett Hwy. in Greenville SC and I am empresses with the cleanliness of the facility. The property manager named Mary is efficient and helpful. She is very kind as I left my unit unlocked and she called and notified me. She’s a great example of stewardship and responsibility. I’m grateful for her help and and warm demeanor. Great job Mary.

Reasonably priced for the area. Can be rented online (except a signature is required at some point in person.) My unit was clean, with a light, and pretty easy access.

The storage facility is okay for what it is. There's no climate control units, but if you're looking for just an outside storage unit you can put your stuff in, The Price is Right. The only major issue I could see here, is I didn't see any carts or anything else we could use to move items into the storage unit.

Close and moderately priced

Decent place, but my unit is full of dirt from the lot blower every time I go. The units are not sealed well at the base. Also, after the first year, they jack the price up dramatically. Will be moving to a cheaper alternative ASAP.

super convenient and not bad price

Need storage, they are easy to get in and have 24hr access. Downside I've had a unit there for a year and on the 13th month. They raised my rent.
