My husband and I have been storing our belongings in the storage facility on St. Claire St. in Willoughby, Ohio for several years now. We like the facility very much for several reasons. First of all, we like Tom, the manager!! He is very friendly, and always so accommodating whenever we need his assistance! He keeps an eye on everyone who goes in and out , and this makes us feel safe and makes us feel like our belongings are also safe!! We also like the cleanliness of the facility!!! We believe that this is because of Tom’s good management skills! We plan to stay at this facility until we no longer have a need because we are very pleased with the way it is being run by Tom!!!

My husband and I have had our belongings in the Extra Space Storage unit on St. Clare for several years. Tom, the manager, has always been watchful of everyone who enters into the facility, so we feel confident that our belongings are safe! Tom has also been very accommodating to us. When we needed a new lock, he helped us to get our old one off, and then sold us a new one that was perfect for our unit!!! We believe that he is an asset to this facility!!! He is a very personable guy who genuinely loves to help people when they need assistance!!! Also, the grounds are very clean, and that means so much to us! We attribute this to good management (Tom)!!! We are very pleased with this facility, and plan to remain there for as long as we need extra storage space.

I choose this facility because it’s neat, clean and close to home. I needed a bigger unit and Tom was so nice and patient trying to help me figure out what I needed and could afford. I definitely recommend this facility.

Due to a medical emergency situation, we needed a storage room immediately. It turned out we actually needed two rooms and SecurCare was a perfect match for our needs. I have been using SecurCare Self Storage in Willoughby Ohio for 5 years. Tom has done a great job managing the units. The storage units are very clean and the outside property is always in great shape - hIs summer flower beds are outstanding! I highly recommend this place for short term or long term storage needs. Tom has always been helpful whenever I have needed to downsize to a smaller unit or if I have had any questions ... he is the best!

This is the second time we have needed a storage locker in a year, and we definitely went straight back to Securcare. The facility is very clean and Tom walks through each building and inspects them on a regular basis. We have never had any concern about our belongings being safe and secure. Tom cares about our individual needs and remembered who we were from the previous rental. He makes you feel like you are his only customer.

What a great experience . Tom and Jeff were both very friendly. The property is very clean and well kept. Even the storage spaces were very clean. There is great security and the process for obtaining a unit was very easy. Tom explained everything that I could expect and the contract was all online and didn't have to worry about a ton of paper. I currently have public storage which really sucked and very unprofessional . These guys were nice as well as professional. I highly recommend !

Very good storage spaces for decent prices. The customer service is amazing and the hours are super convenient. Only down fall is they should take the sign down on building B that offers FIRST MONTHS RENT FREE, it's false advertising I had two units at this location and neither came with first months rent free!

Truly excellent customer service. Tom went above and beyond, even coming out 2 hours after office hours ended to help guide my truck to the right unit. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Very nice & customer service oriented people. My only issue was the sign that led you to believe the first month was free, which it wasn't & my original reservation wasn't set up that way after I was told nobody could rent my space, & it was rented out. They got me the next available though, which I appreciated. I definitely recommend this location. Not many businesses are about customer service anymore, but these guys are! Bravo!

I went to several storage facilities before coming here and was told that the service was poor. I followed my budget instead of the advice and was not at all surprised to find out that the allegations of poor service was unfounded. I just recently moved out after three and a half years because I no longer needed extra storage. I've had numerous encounters with employees and at least 100 visits to the facility over that time. I would highly recommend anyone in need of storage to this facility, which is the only place I would take my valuables to be stored. I will miss the manager especially, always courteous, friendly, helpful and kind.
