The facility equipment for loading and unloading was very clean. Everything went smoothly and I cannot say enough good things about this place. I've been a customer with them for some time now. Honestly, their service could be better. Of course I'm not pleased with the fact that the rental charges have increased quite a bit in my opinion during my tenure there. I have asked them several times to have the onsite manager lubricate the door of my unit so that it's easier to lift and who has yet to be done. I should not have to request something like that several times. I think they can do a better job with helping their customers.

The new owners are super friendly, I never had issues with anyone trying to break in. There's a coded gate. You can pay your bills online and even register for a new unit online too. I had a large outdoor unit for almost a year and even the outdoor unit was still okay in the early winter for my things.

It is so good to deal with professional people like Craig Wilson , I had a problem he gave me a variety of different ways he could solve the problem. I really appreciated that very helpful.

I highly recommend this location. Close to the freeway so it makes for easy access. Christine, the manager is always patient, polite, accommodating and friendly. Even though I'm going to be moving further away, I'm keeping my storage items on Brush due the great customer service!
