I just rented a unit from there and the property manager was super nice and wasn't angry at all with me for getting there 5 minutes before closing time lol she was super understanding explained everything extremely well proficiently and quickly as I was and somewhat of a hurry it was an excellent price with multiple commodities that I could choose or didn't have to use if I didn't want to or didn't need to just an all-around great place good decision and super nice customer service thanks for everything!!!

SecurCare in Winston-Salem has been my best experience with storage yet! They had a great deal of first month free for the 10x10 unit. Everything is clean and quiet, and Melissa was very nice and helpful when I moved in! They also have cameras, security, and other precautions to make sure it's safe.

Melissa from day one has been the best. She has a great, customer service, aura. Little things do matter. For example having a porta potty on site and opening the gate to let customers run to the potty.

For one of the most critical seasons of life this has been the best decision I have made. Melissa is excellent at what she does. Her service is beyond customer service expectations. I would suggest all that are in need. Definitely consider this place as a great place to be a service unto you. She sets reminders to help you to keep up on your payment and works out any inconveniences you may have at that very time. I walked into the office a few days ago just expecting to get a small storage unit. The representative was on the phone with another customer at time, but, after a few minutes wait and a bit of paperwork, i felt as if I found a new friend in Sandra. The unit was clean, location convenient, price was good, communication was regular (payment reminders, holiday hours reminder), and Sandra was always pleasant and helpful. I also felt that my items in storage were safe since there were cameras and routine drive-thrus conducted.
