Both Johnny and Tom were professional and friendly as well as guiding us through the rentals of our two units and the purchase of the packing boxes our two homes will need.

No light in outside units and raised price $30 only after renting a few months so not too impressed. Our company will be switching soon.

Nice place good place to put your stuff

Shopped around for a storage facility that I would feel comfortable with. I called SecureCare . Within A few moments, I knew that was the storage facility that fit me needs. The sales associate was very professional and listen to my needs. She then offered several choices and ways to protect my my investments, She was informative, not pushy and had a desire to help me. So i jumped in my car and drove down to check it out. When I walked in I felt that I had walked in to see a friend (Great Feeling) . 30 minutes or less, I was on my way home to move my things in. Highly Recommend this facility!!

Management (Tara) worked with me to help me find the best unit at a great deal and suggested auto pay. The whole property is a nice, clean climate and all the cameras, lights, access with frequent security checks make me feel secure.

Thanks to Tara, I ALWAYS have a pleasant experience with SecurCare Storage...both in-person visits as well as on the phone. Tera is not just helpful, but also very WILLING to help. Always super friendly and kind with a big smile. And in my case, she is like my 3rd hand...very proactive as she makes it her personal mission to keep my interest at heart. The entire agreement from the inquiry, to signing the agreement and then the termination of the agreement was as smooth and pleasant as one could possibly expect. Grounds were maintained and they were quite proactive when they had a problem with the gate.....GREAT JOB SecurCare

A great storage facility with very reasonable pricing. We rented a parking space for our work truck. There was have promotions going on so I always check before signing up so you could save a little bit on your first months rent.

Grate place to store a large trailer, one of the few places that has the room for large trailers. I had stored my 36' trailer there and there was plenty of room to move the trailer around. The other thing that I liked was the auto pay, set it up and they will take it out when you want it to come out.

There rent goes up all the time. When i first started it was 66$ now its 80$. And thats bc im locked in. Its more than that. But the people who work there are very nice. Love the people not the business.
