Excellent customer service! Amanda went above and beyond to help me with an account issue that I had. She had to make several calls over the course of the day but was so committed to helping me solve the problem that she did not stop until I had all the answers I needed. She was very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend using this storage facility.

I've had a good a good experience with this site. The only problem is the sudden raise in the rent. I gota note card in the mail finally and it said, thank you for being a loyal customer and that is why we are raising your rent. They need to rethink the wording on that, not a great feeling of thanks on your part. It felt like thanks for being a great tenant and that is why w are raising your rent. Brings questions.

A friendly staff. Good location and plenty of room to keep your belongings secure.

First off I will start off and say that nobody wants to pay for storage. However, if you have to pay for storage then choose Secure Care because it simple and easy. All you have to do is sign up and get your code. They have auto pay which is nice so you don't forget drop by and pay them. The manager at this store, Tamy, was very nice and was always helpful if I had any questions. If you are trying to decide where to store your stuff, go with Secure Care, it's a "no-brainer" ha ha.
