The area with the storage units is always very well maintained and cleaned as is the lawn but the gate has been broken for quite some time

It's a storage place but their prices are really getting high. Every year they go up on their prices.

I am in the military and decided to move out of my apartment for a short notice deployment. I couldn't find many units available in the area, only a couple that were charging ridiculously high rates. I'm glad I found securCare because it helped save some extra money in my pocket and I was running out of time. As for the indoor climate controlled unit itself, it was clean when I moved in and I had no problems with it. Mr. Holden was also fantastic and very pleasant to speak with. Thanks for the excellent service!

Montrel gave me top notch customer service and was so knowledgeable and professional! I went in looking for a unit. There were none available. He took my name and number and called me within 2 days. I Honestly didn’t expect to hear anything that soon. Great experience!

Very clean facility and great customer service! Montrell is the absolute best! I utilized this facility for roughly 2 years and never had a problem with anything! No bugs! No water damage! No mishaps! Not only does Montrell manage the property excellently, he makes sure that he becomes familiar with the faces that enter and exit the facility. Any concerns I had were quickly answered either in person or via email. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I rented a controlled conditions unit and my furniture stayed perfect the entire time I rented from SercuCare. The people at the front desk were always friendly and very helpful.

The people who worked there was awesome but the place actually has a lot of hidden fees they don't tell you about until you are there so be looking to spend an extra $50 to complete the process

This is a wonderful, clean and very secure facility. It is worth it to rent a space here, if for no reason than to get to know Montrell. He is incredibly helpful and always friendly, never too busy to answer questions and efficient. I'm a return customer and this will business will be my first choice in Fayetteville.

Called to get information! A gentleman called me back and told me all the details and I ended up purchasing over the phone and was told to go to the site physically to sign papers. Went to the facility and the gentleman. At the front desk was GREAT! (Montrell) He answered all my questions fully and was very helpful. Very pleased!!

Montrell! Montrell! Montrell! I don't know where u guys found him but u need more workers like him. He was wonderful, personable and just plain fabulous. I can't review the unit yet. The update will come later this month. He feels like family. Give that man a raise pronto!!!!!! This is an update. Amazing staff but I had my things in the unit for three weeks and brought back some roaches from the unit. I was disgusted by this. I have to spray my home all over again. Other than the pest problem everything else was fine. I suggest you guys use

Montrell went over and beyond to ensure my account and belongings in storage were protected. I do a lot of traveling for work and had several business accounts, which became very confusing. Awaiting the bank to research some issues of fraudulent activity from someone stealing my identity had frozen my accounts. And to top things off I was working and waiting for my government contract to pay their balance off. Conclusion is Montrell reached out to me and provided a plan to ensure my account was current. He was very patient and understanding of my situation. He did everything in his power to make this a smooth transition with all I had going on at the time. Montrell thank you for your wonderful service and I promise to pay it forward good Sir, always. And always recommend SecurCare on Rim Road.

The workers are nice, friendly & great service always! I never had trouble with my storage unit as far as robberies, fires, mice, or even flooding during a hurricane! If I deploy again I will definitely be back for future service!!! Don't forget military discount with great prices!!!
