Amy is absolutely a beautiful person! She got on that golf court on this 102% weather with a smile on her face and showed me around with a couple of choices. The Manager was super helpful! Showed me several units even though it was super hot that day! Was pleasant as we went over the contract. Had me drive through to the gate to make sure I had no problems with the codes. She was wonderful. The storage units were clean and the grounds of the whole facility were super clean. Simple and easy process.

The customer service I received from the Manager and her trainee in the office today was outstanding. I’m new to the area and ordered my storage units online before moving here to retire. As it turns out I decided to change to one single larger unit on the Managers recommendation.They both jumped right in, changed my contract, walked me through the entire process, explaining everything and made it seem painless. I was even offered a padlock another customer had left behind for the next customer that “needed” one. Thank you! The Manager is a absolute KEEPER. She went above and beyond in terms of her professionalism, helpfulness, friendly demeanor and customer service in representing your company. I’m not one to write reviews of any kind, particularly like this but for her and her trainee I’m going to make an exception. Thank you both so much.

Ms.Tara the property manager was amazing and very professional! I was in a hurry and she had me in and out quickly with my unit. I’ve rented multiple units in town for business purposes and these are among the cheapest. The units are taller than any other unit I’ve rented so it has much more vertical space compared to another unit elsewhere of the same size. The location is right off Bert Kouns and Youree Drive which I think is very convenient. My unit was the cleanest out of all the others I’ve used it’s ridiculous. I’ve had to wipe down some units before they were so filthy but not at Securcare! Favorite storage facility by far! 😁

The storage attendant is knowledgeable, nice, and patient.

Loved using this facility. Very clean, upscale, and in a convenient location. The manager in particular, Daniel I believe was his name, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond multiple times for me. I would absolutely use this facility again and again.

I Got the pleasure to work with Daniel he has awesome customer service skills and is very knowledgeable of his work I would highly recommend them to anyone!! Ps. Daniel has fast and friendly service!!

Back Stage Studio is a wonderful hair salon .Lesli,my stylist..,is an expert in hair color! She also is available for weddings,prom any special days! I highly recommend her.
