We rented a climate-controlled unit from Greg at the 8270 N Michigan Road Securecare facility in Indy for about two years. The facility was very clean, very secure, easy to access and competitively priced. Greg was also very personable and great to work with. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I was online looking for a storage unit and afraid to trust the online process and right after I reserved the unit I was still unsure until a representative from the company called me and asked if I needed help, which I truly needed and made me feel so comfortable. I got my unit 1 year and some months ago , started out strong paying on time but of course everyone has there struggles especially when your a single mother , Mr.Greg omg I can't say enough about him , so kind and understanding NEVER has he made me feel low about myself or low about not being able to pay off my unit on time , always willing to work with me , He seriously has THE BEST customer service I have ever came across . Bless him and his family ❤️❤️❤️❤️ .

Greg has great customer service. He welcomes you with a smile and a welcoming spirit every time you come in the door. I met Big Al for the first time today and also has tat helpful spirit. I really love that I chose this storage company the people are friendly and the storage is the perfect size and price. They were also in the right location for me.

We have used this specific storage facility twice. The first time for just over a year and the second time for a little over 2 years. The experience has always been super seamless - exactly what you'd want out of storage. We just got all of our things out of storage a couple of weeks ago and loaded for a cross country move. We were living out of state and had a lot of questions and coordination, and Gregg went totally above and beyond helping us ensure our experience was great and smooth. I can't say enough about his communication and just genuine care about making sure we were taken care of. Would totally store things here again and Gregg is a gem at this location!

Signing up for and renting a storage unit was fast and easy. We walked in the door and were shown possible units to rent. We made the decision to rent one and went back to the office they filled out paper work. Very fast and efficient.

What an amazing facility! I’ve rented from this location for years and recently closed my unit. The staff provided courteous customer service, and I never feared for the safety of my items. I accidentally left my unit unlocked once and before I made it to the end of the street, they called me to come back. 😂 The property manager, Greg, has been helpful throughout my “stay” at the Michigan Rd. location. I highly recommend them.

Recently rented a unit here. Unit was clean and well lit. The unit even had a light inside on a timer. Rental process was relatively painless and took about 20 minutes on the phone. I stopped into the main office to speak to the manager Greg and he was super helpful and friendly when assisting me in finding my storage unit. You can use your own locks on the units but they recommend a disc lock. Rental rate was much cheaper than other storage places in the area.

I absolutely love this storage Facility the manager Greg is amazing I have been using it for months and my storage unit is even nicer then the pictures when I was looking for a place to rent. Everything you could need is right there for you locks,boxes ect and the prices are very reasonable .

We worked with Ashley yesterday (08/12/19) to secure a larger unit. We've been a customer of this facility for many years. Ashley, though, was easily the most helpful and attentive person we've met there. Fortunately, there were not others customers she had to attend to, because she spent every bit of 40 minutes helping us make certain we were getting the best deal we could. At the end of it all, I gave her a big hug (unheard of for me) because I really felt that she cared and I wanted to acknowledge that. More people like this at other businesses and life would be far easier. Thanks.

This is not a bad place to go. But really it's if you need storage. If you have no need for Self Storage then I would think this would be a silly place to visit. But if you do have things but you want to store but you do not have the space to store it oh, this be a great place to place those items. The pricing seems fair and the people are fine to deal with. If you end up using it let me know how it goes. If we run into each other on the street I will even high-five you.

I've had my stuff here for almost a year in a temperature controlled unit. The unit was clean when I moved in and out. The facilities have always been clean whenever I've gone to and from my unit - which was frequently. I usually dealt with the manager, Alexander, but also had several other employees provide me with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs and for the excellent customer experience they provide! [I just went from renting a room to having my own apartment and finally moving my stuff after a year - no bugs, mice, mold or mildew, nothing froze over the winter or got too hot in the summer - NO PROBLEMS whatsoever!]

The only down side of our experience was finding out that a reservation online was not actually a reservation as everything is still on a first-come-first-served basis; however, we were able to get the size of unit we wanted. The unit was clean and the staff efficient, friendly and honest. I'm hopeful our items will be in good hands.

Planning to move soon so stopped in to check you guys out. Even after I told the guy there that that was all I was there for today he still treated me as if I was a valid customer. Other places I checked into just handed me a sheet with some prices and kind of showed me the door as soon as they found out that I was just shopping ahead. But this guy Frank actually took time to to size up my space needs, answer all my questions, and actually took me out to see a couple of units. I don't normally do reviews, but when someone actually takes the time to treat me like something more than a walking wallet, and actually know what they're talking about, I'm going to give them a shout out. The facility is clean, well lit, easy to access, and I feel my things are safe there. Cannot say enough good things about it! UPDATE: I recently had to visit my unit and there was a problem with the locking mechanism. Chas went right out to my unit, took off the whole plate and added a new one right there on the spot. It took several power tools and some serious handywork. No calling someone else in to take care of it and making me worry about the security of my things. He was ON it! Thanks Chas!!
