Let's start with the positive, Tory and Taylor were great. The process to sign up and checkout was quick. I really appreciated their friendliness. I also appreciate the fact they have a gate and a code must be entered to enter and exit the storage facilities area. Now for the negatives, the primary negative is that the facility currently doesn't have any carts or dollies to load your things onto for transport from your vehicle to your unit so you will need to bring your own. The other negative is that the doorway to the indoor storage units is not wheelchair accessible. As such, if you are wheelchair bound or have a cart or dolly you will need to lift it up nearly a foot high step to enter the building.

Very fair pricing, well kept and maintained storage for anything small to significant. I recommend because personally Troy who works here has a unapologetic personality aimed towards making you comfortable through the process of getting quoted to finalizing your storage needs. Great with people and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend.

Location is great, price reasonable however, customer service is everything. The online bill pay feature does not work majority of the time. You will make several attempts to call and don’t get a call back trying to pay your bill, trying not to catch a late fee is nearly impossible! The two young women who ran the office were the best, I hope they come back!

I'm a wheelchair user and while I could grouch about their ramp being a bit difficult to get up... I never actually went into the office, as their employee came out to meet me and was super friendly. Storage unit was as expected and easily accessed.

I’m new to the self-storage world, but everything was as I expected. The staff (Yolanda, in particular) was very attentive and patient with my questions. The grounds are well-kept, and the security seems OK, so far. I have no complaints and more than a couple compliments.

So far so good. Was a little concerned about the area but the woman working there was very sweet and helpful and several people i talked to said it was very safe.

This storage facility has some of the nicest, friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered at a storage place. Both renting and vacating our unit was very easy, as was the automatic billing. If there was any sort of issue, they called me and always solved the problem professionally and quickly. I definitely recommend them!

Great price for my climate controlled unit. My belongings remained safe and secured and free from climate damage. Highly recommend this location for storage needs and competitive prices.

Rented space there for quite some time but they keep raising the rent till it was finally ridiculous. Originally had access to power so could do work in the space at night but with no warning they cut it off for some, not all, renters. Seemed very unfair that select indiduals got to keep electricity and some didn't. Also they locked out the restroom and prohibited the use of the dumpster. Just too many restrictions to pay the price they want for space.

Friendly understanding

I've rented at a lot of storage facilities around town and this one is the best for my needs. The personnel are friendly and efficient and keep the place looking nice. The prices are reasonable, and when they had trouble with the gate, they didn't try to fix it, they put in a brand new one . That's why I'm staying.

The church usees this facility I just went to help, we had alittle issue regarding payment but it was resolved and someone came to let us in. Everything was dry so all was good.

Awesome customer service, moving truck was down and getting repaired.

This is a different type of storage to me it is more a place I feel that I can trust my belongings and I know that the managers are going to do their best to take care of things as long as Patricia is there and running things she's going to make sure everything is great for you and your stuff shout out to them for not having no attitude in the last couple of years that I've been with these guys love them for their patience and support
