Forced to moved because company raised rent too high. Will greatly miss the amazing staff…Ben and Bunne! What a great team together and just a couple of wonderful people there for anything u needed! Would still be there if company hadn’t raised my rent so much. Wish the “company” was as great as Ben and Bunne.

Reserving a unit online was just about as easy at it could get with being able to pay and sign the contract electronically. The grounds, elevator and the inside of the building were very clean, too. Would highly recommend!

We've been long term renters over the years and the storage is conveniently located, Bunne has been great to work with and solves any issues we have. I did notice that when the gate was broken, it remained open for at least two weeks. I called and mentioned it to Bunne who said they were waiting on parts (hence the 4 stars). Sometimes I have to access the storage when it's dark and it worries me if the gate is open to anyone to drive in. I will say that when I called, the customer rep offered to monitor (i guess cameras) and stay on the phone with me while I was there. Thought that was a gesture going above and beyond. Keep up the good work and I hope you keep your loyal and long term tenants happy and in turn you will continue to retain our business.

Amazing customer service and very clean and well maintained storage units. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for storage around this area. Bunne was awesome , she never hesitates to help and often goes out of her way to accommodate customer requests. The manager is also very helpful. They walked me through the units and also suggested what is best for our needs.

She has been very accommodating helping us find a storage space large enough for our oversized trailer. Customer service was great! Walked right in and in 30 min had my trailer parked in my new spot and was out of there. Gated and lots of cameras which I like. Also easy for me to get in and out of everyday. Very pleased.

We have held our unit here since February of ‘21 we started off with two units. In time we were able to downsize to one. The office has always been helpful and helped us stay on top of things. Bunne in the office has always just been extremely helpful.
