Storage Units at 3531 Peach Orchard Rd in Augusta, GA 30906

I've been with Secure Care Storage for a while now. It's been kept up very well and clean. I'm in the Climate Control bldg, and I've yet to see roaches, or any bugs around my personal property there in storage, and that is a very comforting feeling!! Also, Erica has been tremendously helpful, and knowledgeable, and has very professionally assisted me, and thoroughly answered my questions. The only thing of concern I've noticed, is that one of the entrances to the Climate control bldg, has a door closure that GREATLY needs to be adjusted, or replaced. It is the entrance IMMEDIATELY next to external unit 1540. That closure causes the door to slam very hard and loud. I have mentioned it on numerous occasions. It slams so very hard, that it could very possibly break that particular door's glass at some point. It can also make a person jump if they are not aware that someone has opened it. It takes very little to correct it. I would highly recommend Secure Care to anyone. Thank You.

I visited this location last week cause I am looking for a storage unit and had the pleasure of having Betty help me. She was very nice and welcoming. I will definitely be using this facility.

I store all my cans of yams in satchels that I keep in my unit. I’ve been acquiring more over the last 7-13 years or so just in case the time arises. Praise be the yams. Praise be the satchels. Shout out to Jack the yam man for all the yams. Really doing this world a favor.

The staff at this facility has been very helpful and knowledgeable. Clean and pest free unit and I haven't had to worry about my belongings. Wanted to thank the ladies for being so helpful and friendly.
