Flawless experience from start to finish. When walking in, you’re greeted by a well spoken person, dressed professionally. The terms and details about your storage are explained comprehensively without wasting time. Entering and exiting are easy and fast. The layout of the facility is in a tiered-hill arrangement but the angles of approach are perfect so low trailers don’t scrape. Also there’s plenty of room to maneuver and back up trailers even with a 26’ box truck. The aisles are wide enough to squeeze by when other customers are parked be their units. Billing is easy and prices are quite reasonable. I’ve used storage units for years and securcare ranks very highly among places I’ve been to. Highly recommended and my first choice when I need a little extra space.

I have stored in 3 different places in town and this one is by far the best one. I have to give 10 stars to the mgr Chris and Dave there. Chris is the most helpful most courteous most pleasant most knowledgeable most friendliest and most understanding helpful person in the business. This guy has the biggest smile in his voice over the phone as well as in person. I can't thank him enough for all his help in my storage needs. I won't use anyone else to store with. You should too. The units ok. The drive through it is very rough and cars scrape the dips and hills.

Awesome Customer Service! Stopped in to look at the size of a unit and ending up moving in the same day! My service was fantastic making for a great experience. The office was clean and organized, unit was neat and clean as well. David and Chris made the entire process easy, clear, friendly and professional. Great employees and service. I especially like their lock system as there is an added cover over the slide so it can't be cut with bolt cutters, should someone decide to break in.

I share a unit with my daughter Claudia Davison. We are both completely satisfied with the service we have received Secure Self Storage. The staff are very friendly, very thorough and they keep the property very clean. Unit prices are super reasonable. They have surveillance covering the entire property. I feel safe going alone at night and I know my unit and it's contents are safe. I highly recommend Secure Self Storage give them a try.

Back during all the Covid-19 quarantine my boyfriend and I needed to get a storage unit. Chris at secure care was amazing!! He took such good care of us that day. Everything was contactless and easy! We have been SO happy with how everyone has treated us here. If you want a good quality storage unit place with amazing customer service, then go here!! By far the best in Augusta!!

The only way I'd use an alternate storage company is if I owned it myself at this point. The team here has taken fair care of me for the past 9 months. Recently, I started new contracts for larger space and Arnez made it a quick and easy process even with my kids running laps and singing opera pitch while dodging their naps. They keep close eye on you property and notice if you changed something or moved something around, just in case it wasn't you. Thanks crew. Only reason not 5 stars are the random rate changes I to your contract.

I went in today to get a unit and the manager Chris is pretty awesome! Very customer service Oriented! It’s not common in these kind of business to find good service but I actually found it with this company. I’m almost sad that I won’t be needing the unit for more than a couple weeks. He’s definitely an asset to their company. I hope they don’t lose the attitude that they have now.
