They Went above and beyond is how I felt afterwards. Felt like I made new friends... Service should get more than five stars and I don't ever give five stars until my socks are knocked off.

The lady that's been helping us in the office has been amazing. We have had some confusion on the gate code but that's being fixed.

Sales manager was excellent, had no problem with paperwork and was in n out in 5 minutes, really friendly and very helpful if had a question or problem, the rates are low n if need a bigger unit they said no problem n would work with you if you had to change unit, would recommend anyone that needs a storage unit.

Ms. Angela was VERY accommodating! I purchased a unit & came scooting in a few mins til closing time due to other circumstances (of course this is NOT recommended or overly appreciated I'm sure). Chris is a professional at his craft. I watched him handle a disgruntled customer with decency and respect. He took time out to answer all my questions and showed me multiple storage units. And he didn't try to hide anything from me with costs. He was honest and up front. 👍🏽👍🏽

What a wonderful day in the neighborhood. Secure care self storage on Gordon hwy is by. Far phenomenal. The staff is very friendly and professional. My experience with Mr. Collins was outstanding, He explained all the details thoroughly and got me the perfect size unit.
