The workers are always super friendly and helpful when needed. My family has had units here on and off for years, the location is great and the facility is clean. Only reason we left was the pricing was getting ridiculous. It kept going up every couple of months. Not worth the price for what you get. It’s very unfortunate the cost even with a military discount.

The property is beautifully maintained. The storage units are clean and swept. The air-conditioned buildings are exceptional; the air is dry and cool and the hallways well lit. Digital security is a big deal to me and secure care self storage gets five stars on this as well. You cannot get into the facility through the metal fence unless you have a digital code that is specifically yours. In addition, if you enter an air-conditioned building you also have to enter your security passcode to gain access. So I have peace of mind knowing that if I’m gone for weeks and months at a time, my personal things and my business items are truly secure.

Very nice storage facility. It is an older one; a bit worn around the edges, but clean and there were no climate control issues. However, the best feature was the staff; very friendly, helpful and responsive. If the need arose, we would definitely store with them again.

Rented 3 units for a nonprofit organization. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. All 3 units were exceptionally clean. Facility and units are easy to access with carts available to help move items. Our was a big move that took place over several days, and every time we went there, we were offered water and snacks. After having a super stressful day, with snail paced movers, Laurie could see the distressed look on my face, when the storage unit that I rented, was too small to fit all of my belongings. She immediately found me another unit large enough to contain everything that I had, which was a huge relief, and she didn't even charge me extra! Busy from the move, my best friend and I hadn't eaten anything all day, and were both shaky from exertion of energy, heat and stress...she brought us crackers and bottles of water. We couldn't have felt more welcomed while we were here! Jimmy was wonderful too! He even brought me tissues as I began having a breakdown. I definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone in need! You will not be disappointed!

Lori and Jimmy are honestly the kindest people. A friend of mine was going through a hard time personally and needed a unit quickly. The unit she got was too small to accommodate her belongs, and without hesitation, Lori said she would give her a different unit at the same rate. The movers she used were dragging their feet and we were hot, tired, hungry and so thirsty. Lori had crackers and offered them to us as well as ice cold water that we needed badly. I thought maybe we were receiving some sort of special treatment, but that was not the case. Another couple came in who lost all their belongs due to Hurricane Irma, and they were just as sweet and compassionate to them. These people are wonderful and I felt like a welcomed guest, not just another customer.

I've had units there for almost a year now and have been very pleased with the service and support. Jason works outside to maintain the units and property and has helped me with my unit recently. Chris works in the office and is amazing, she's friendly and a lot of fun to deal with. The new management here is awesome....I highly recommend the facility for their professionalism and support.

I had an excellent experience. The husband and wife team there are definitely veterans of the business and that results in an ease of doing business that is rather seamless. Also, the entire team I spoke with from the beginning of the week to the weekend when I actually rented my space, was personable and accommodating. You honestly cannot ask for anything else. The facilities are up to date, secure, clean, and sign up online is easy! They definitely have my recommendation to anyone!

Wow, This place is 100 % clean, well lit, all storage is on video coverage from the Managers office. This is really a good safe place to put your individual storage. They have almost 1000 storage units, access is coded. You will like the people who manage this business, they are nice and the kind of people you would want to help run your business.
