The manager here, Pere, really cares about his customers. I am a contractor for this storage facility and I can tell from his expectations of us that he is concerned about his customers' experience at his facility, and at the same time respects and understands what we are able to do for him. I would rent storage space or engage in contract work at this location without a second thought.

Iv been at this storage facility for 6 years. The previous owners ran the place so when I heard it was switching ownership I was worried there would be massive changes, a lack of customer service and communication. I was wrong, all thanks to Pere everything has been great. Pere keeps the place in tip top shape and keeps an eye on everything at all times. He is amazing to communicate business with or just have a great fun conversation. 5 stars would absolutely rent from again.

Edit: This facility has recently been sold to a corporate entity and seems to have adopted a corporate mindset, though (as of yet) hasn't raised prices. Will update (good or bad) as I have more complete information. Be advised that the remainder of the review was based off of the previous, family ownership: The place is clean and well organized, the prices are comparable to others in the area and the owners/ managers are top-notch. I currently keep two pretty good sized units there.

The owners are exceptionally nice, its location is super convenient and they have excellent gutters and drainage. I check after very bid rain store and still not 1 wet box. Highly recommend.

Overall a great experience when we needed to store half of our belongings when in-between moves from Colorado Springs to Denver and then to Monument in 2016 and 2017. Fair pricing. The unit was spacious and clean. Friendly, helpful owners. Would definitely recommend.

After more than 10 years of storing at this location, we moved, so no longer needed the space. The professional and caring manner in which they operate and treated me and my family was first class. The units are clean, well lit, and easy to get to. We never had a problem or issue. They truly put service as a priority in their operation. I highly recommend Affordable Stor-Mor.

This is a family run business and the owners are super nice and very accommodating! I had a great experience working with them and would highly recommend them again. A friend of mine is using another storage place in monument and all her stuff is covered with a thick layer of dust from nearby construction and/or winds possibly? Glad I didn't go there.....Did wish they had an email address though!
