Sierra is the best property manager that they have had in a very long time. She is kind and understanding and sounds very tenured. She knows so much about her property and she is very patient with all of us. Much better than the ones we have had before.

I had a family member that had a unit at this location for several years. The facility is very clean, secure and quiet. My family member passed away and Sierra the Manager went above and beyond to help me out. She was so kind and understanding of my situation and when I needed a couple of extra days because of the snow she happily gave me more time. Her kindness and professional conduct made a very sad and difficult time a little easier. I highly recommend this facility. The location is exceptionally clean, the billing was easy to understand, they sent monthly reminders and the online bill pay was fast and easy. Sierra the manager excels at her job making this facility 10 stars.

Staff has been very helpful and kind. I do however have a problem with sides and ceiling being open to the other units surrounding mine. Seems as though it would only detour the honest people and it allows others to view your belongings. I hope I am lucky enough to be surrounded by honest people.

I was going to get a storage again because I had one before, I thought they opened at 10 and it was a little after 9 the guy opened the door and let us in!! Great service he was very nice

I had a unit here for about a years time before no longer needing one, and let me say I was greatly satisfied with their service. Being late on a couple payments, they worked with me with ease with communication. Moving out was extremely easy and hassle free. The cleanliness and overall comfortable felt here always made needing to go to my unit enjoyable. I never questioned the safety of my property that I stored here. My only complaint would be the office not always having someone in it when I needed to go in, however that was due because workers would be attending the entire facilities, not just the office room. I’ll definitely rent a unit from here again if I’m ever in need for one.

Everything was great I got a special deal you were running. How about one of your wonderful locks they can't be broken into. Everything was explained to me in detail and I got to see the unit to make sure it was the right size. One personal training a new employee they were very professional and did a great job. I have recommended you to other people I know. This was my first time I ever had to get a storage unit. I no problems great experience.

Great customer service, clean facilities, competitive prices

I went in yesterday to rent a unit for just a month and I was extremely happy with the customer service from the gentleman behind the counter! He walked me through everything very quickly it was a very painless experience and I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs storage. I love that when I put in my code it says welcome and my name and when I leave it says thank you and my name. The grounds are very clean and my unit was spotless.

I came into the self storage today, 04/29/21, and was looking for a smaller storage unit, the lady at the front Billie, was able to help me look on her property and others to see if they had a unit for me. I was unable to find one that suits my needs but I was very impressed with the professionalism and care that went into my concerns/needs. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking, and when you go definitely ask for billie.

We rented a unit here and I will say this is the cleanest and nicest facility in town. Billi was super helpful and extremely nice and knowledgeable. The manager and employees (Tina, Tom and Billie Jo) at the Maizeland location are amazing. They care about their customers and they really go the extra mile. Very fair and honest people. If I'm ever in need of a unit again, I would not store my things anywhere else.
