Outstanding management
Sierra is very professional and extremely helpful and very nice, I had forgotten that my unit did not get paid for the month and Sierra called and reminded me and I paid for unit. Above and beyond with service great lady. Property is clean and nice looking. Great job Sierra.
Was good at first now Horrible!!!
Since new Management it has gone down hill. The manager will not allow a disabled 55 year old women have her belongs back even with it paid up. So she is sleeping on a floor with back problems! Won't allow other's on the contract in and stripped away the codes. The back gate is left open so anybody can go in and out as they please, A problem person who they questioned went in and on the 3rd time rented a unit from the Manager Billie Jo herself and she says the person has not been back! So much for Secure and Safety!
