Excellent experience as a customer! I have needed to use a storage facility from time to time, and I won't need to look any place else now. The customer service is top notch, access is easy but secure, and the unit we are renting was clean and ready for our stuff.

Minor hiccup with our gate code leading to a couple of days of delay are the only reason why this isn't a 5-star. The place is very clean and our unit is conveniently located and as described. The price was one of the best in the area for what you get. Recommend.

The young woman who assisted me was friendly, thorough and helpful to make things clear and help me navigate through the techi stuff. The office was clean, as well as the entire complex and the unit it rented. I hope the rest of my experience with the complex goes as smoothly moving forward.

Good storage, I've heard some terrible stories, but I have rented here for like 2 years and havnt had any trouble with em. About six months ago, I started looking around to see if I could find a better value. And to my surprise, I absolutely could not.. If storage bang for you buck if what your looking for, this is the place. BTW the office staff is always helpful and friendly.. Feel like we're old friends..

So far they've been perfect. My husband was able to get a unit right away with an amazing deal! The only thing to keep in mind is the gates lockdown at 10pm. To me, it's more than worth it for the price we paid!

With the situation I was dealing with in having to drive from Oklahoma to help my mother store her belongings when she was unable. This storage property has been more than helpful. I have been in contact Jeremy through the ordeal and he made the whole experience less painful and was understanding and sympathetic. I Definitely recommend this place. Above and beyond Securcare.

This storage facility is clean, easy to access, and has very helpful, friendly staff! As far as the homeless gal, I find her fun and amusing, and perfectly harmless.

Good 24 hour access

For the life of me, I cannot remember the woman's name that runs the desk here. But she is awesome! She was very helpful in getting me the exact storage unit that I wanted, right next to my roommates. She is very sweet and always has a smile. I hate giving them my money every month, but at least it's a pleasurable experience each time. I've had no issues with my unit or anything. Some of the best prices in town, plus knowing I'm being taken care of, I'd suggest getting your storage unit here.

Great place to keep and store your stuff. Second storage facility I've have used since moving to the Springs and they are by far the best. No plans to switch in the future. Clean and quiet facility with lots of security cameras and I feel 100% safe leaving my valuables stored here. And very affordable. Since I live in an apartment it's nice to have a place close to home to use as somewhat of a garage.

There is a camp full of hobos right outside the fences of the property. You can see their tents and everything.

This facility is gated. Access is granted by inputting your storage unit number along with your personal code. This method ensures a more comprehensive record of access. The units are clean and the management lives on site.

A absolutely great place. From management to maintenance. I feel very comfortable storing my stuff there.

It's a'ight. I'm not sure I really felt like our belongings were safe here, as the ceilings are open into other units, and one could easily get from one space to another if they wished. The gated entry is cool to have, but doesn't really provide that much, as the automatic close is very slow. Pretty expensive for the actual level of security you are getting, but competitive with other places in town.

The Manager Billi is the best. Kind, professional and obliging.
