The customer service rep over the phone was very professional, courteous and patient. She thoroughly explained the process and assisted me with the rental. Unit promptly assigned and access code provided. Had to purchase a lock from Raquel at the rental office. She was super nice and informative and showed us how to use the lock. Bathrooms are clean and available to the public. Overall very pleased with the experience and I highly recommend.

I filled out the forms online with a customer services rep on the phone. That was very helpful. The problem I had is the first signature block, I filled out, many times. I keep getting emails from you asking me to sign the form. I tried to respond once but it put me through the full form again so I didn't. The location has a full copy of the executed form. On line forms are a value only if they work.

I have two storage units here. It has been good, with a couple of challenges. Sometimes there is no one (a person) at the facility, or perhaps they are walking the premises. But it has made paying my bill challenging more than once, as I have two storage units, and for some reason I only have access to one of them to pay online. This issue is still not resolved. The other issue that I'm not very happy about is that the rental rate regularly increases and it has become quite expensive. Other than those issues, the spaces specifically have been fine, and when there is someone in the office (or an assistant on the phone), they have been very kind, helpful, and personable.

This is a Great place to get a storage unit. Staff was vert professional and helpful. Kelsey was escecially helpful and courteous . I would highly recommend SecurCare Self Storage. Thanks for your Great Service.

I bought a bigger house so I no longer needed A storage. Staff was friendly and the units where bigger and cheaper than the other ones I looked at nextdoor. They Evan had electrical outlets close to my unit, worked out very well. Thanks SecurCare for being awesome 👍

Called my facility with a question about billing. They happened to be out at that time so the call was quickly forwarded to your central call center. I spoke with Mary, who was very helpful. I want to thank her and let you know you have someone who genuinely wants to give great customer service. I even got a bit confused as to the street address of our SecurCare facility, but she quickly figured out where I was talking about and was able to take care of my issue rapidly and politely. A clean easy in or out. Not the biggest but low traffic. I keep a travel trailer at it and never had a problem for over a year. Price is competitive with others.
