The new and improved SecurCare website is live and ready to help with your self-storage needs! The functions that you know and use are still here. Property hours, online payments, and other tools are just in different spots. We know that your time is valuable, so we kept that idea front and center. We built our new platform with a mobile-mindset. The features that are available on the mobile version of the site are the same as on desktop.

What’s different about the new SecurCare website?

The major changes are the appearance of the front page. The new design is intuitive, mobile-friendly, and of course, easy! We’ve also updated how to rent a unit or find your storage location.

How do I reserve a storage unit?

Now, you can reserve a storage unit in just four easy steps!

  • Select “Find a Unit” from the top menu.
  • Select your state and preferred location from our new and improved location map.
  • From there, you’ll land on the location’s facility page. Scroll down and select “rent” on the unit size that’s best for you.
  • Fill in your information and a storage specialist will reach out to you within 24 hours to confirm your reservation.

You can also simply scroll down and enter your location in the “Find a Storage Unit Near You” section of the homepage.

Where do I find my location’s contact information?

To find your location’s contact information, just visit “Find a Unit” from the top menu, select your state and scroll down to find your location. We’ve listed the phone number of each location right under the address. Additionally, you can scroll down and enter your location in the “Find a Storage Unit Near You” section of the homepage.

How do I pay online?

Paying online is simple with our new and improved website.

  1. Just select “Pay Online” from the top right corner of our homepage.
  2. Select “Sign In” after you’ve filled out your information.
  3. From there, you’ll be able to pay online through our payment portal.

If you have trouble signing in, please contact your store manager for assistance.

What’s different about the facility pages?

The new facility pages are easier to navigate and now include Google reviews! To find a facility page, just scroll down and enter your location in the “Find a Storage Unit Near You” section of the homepage. Then select your preferred location.
