This Storage Company really cares about their customers’ belongings and I feel like they hate to see their customers’ storage units get broken into cause they try their absolute best to make sure their customers’ storage units don’t get broken into and they’ve treated me so amazingly well

I never have issues with any of the services they provide. The other day I had a slight inconvenience on my behalf, the employee ( Clarissa ) was so generous and thoughtful. She went above and beyond her expectations. She was able to help navigate me and solved my issues within a short amount of time! Amazing employee's and well trained staff!!

Responsive and competent service from Alex, the on site manager. Good location. Well maintained. Have stored there for years without problems. However it’s been months since the paint upgrade happened, and still the storage buildings and units don’t have clear number and marking identifications. Other than that annoyance, highly recommend.

This a great place to store you belongings and more. It is clean, safe and secure place. All the employees I have in had the pleasure of meet have been very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Our office had never rented a public storage unit before, but Tammy made it fast and easy! She is friendly and knowledgeable, & helped us make the right decisions on size and security.

Tammy has been my go to person at the 51st SecurCare from the start. She treats people like they are old friends instead of clients. Place is neat, clean, and secure but it’s actually Tammy’s personal touch that keeps my business. I enjoy working with those who remember who I am and Tammy is that kind of a person. I’d recommend this storage to anyone I know, but there’s rarely any units available. Wonder why? Not me!

Sheri at this 51st location is just the best!i have rented at public Storage for several years, and the personnel at those places extremely were always crude, rude and impatient........ Not to mention not helpful. Sheri Is like a breath Of fresh air and she was so accomodating and helpful helping me figure out what size unit I needed.

Lorrie was getting ready to take a break, and she immediately turned around, and was more than willing to show me the unit I ended up renting. The place is very clean, secure and I feel completely comfortable leaving my most prized possession (sorry, babe) with simply storage!

In my experience, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working. No reported break-ins to my knowledge. Application process was as smooth as butter. Overall, a very good place to store any items you may need to. They'd have to be Mother Theresa to give better service.

I would like to take a moment to recognise Kathy for her assistance during our recent trip to Tulsa. My daughter will soon be relocating to the area for Law School and we needed a small unit to store some of her things until her home is ready. After a 14 hour drive, Kathy was indeed a breath of fresh air! She greeted us at the door with a warm, genuine smile; welcomed us and asked how she could help. She explained everything in detail and we found exactly what we were looking for. I cannot overstate how helpful she was and how much we appreciated her knowledge and professionalism. It is very overwhelming for a young girl to move across the country not knowing anyone or even what it will look like when she gets there. Kathy, the site manager, was very congenial and help full. Walked me to two different storage units so I could see visual difference in sizes. Reserved a 10 x 15 climate controlled and set up auto-pay. Great, helpful staff and clean secure location. Glad I found it. Carol Went back today 5/24/17 to check on my reservation for a second unit which I will need 5/27/17 and Brandy was super helpful in verifying my reservation and adding double assurance that the unit would not be rented to someone else before then. Am always impressed at how clean and efficient the staff are and the accessabilty of the units. Carol .

I was packing and frantic for extra boxes. I had used this facility for several years for storing samples. I ran over to the office to buy boxes and Brandy was on break, but she saw me outside and opened the office for me and sold me boxes. She was a life saver. They have always been very good to work with and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Recently rented two units from Simply Self Storage on 51st. Carolyn was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable and made the whole procedure quick and painless. Facility is clean and the location right behind a new hotel makes security even better.

Great storage. Nice, friendly staff (Kathy and Carolyn). Sadly, rental fees increased often and on a regular basis. Area was always neat and clean. Easy access and on site dumpsters were a big help.

Carolyn was so helpful. She explained the available dates, specials they were offering, and most cost efficient option for us which saved us about $100 more than we would have. We are glad to be storing our things here and will be recommending it to near by friends!
